This guide includes circuit style body weight workouts I completed during lockdowns. Some will require a jump rope. You can do these at home and all they need is a little commitment from you. Body weight exercises are very underrated. These workouts will make you sweat!

This 8 week program consists of two 4 week training blocks, with a large variety of upper body, lower body, full body, ab and cardio exercise routines. Daily steps included.

I have also provided you a valuable insight to my journey so far as well as advice to help you achieve the goals you are looking for from my previous guide, Workout with Lexie – One.

 Important to note:

  • This program is in PDF form and does not include video tutorials; these can be found on my Instagram and TikTok accounts.
  • You will require a jump rope for some of the programs but can complete all programs without one by substituting the skipping.
